How many people can the facility hold?

• The facility will hold 100 people comfortably with a dance when having a Buffet Style Event.
• The facility will hold 120 people comfortably with a dance floor when having a Table Service Event.
• The facility will hold comfortably 140 people comfortably without a Dance Floor

Is there a fee to rent the hall?

• Mercer County Boathouse Marina is a County Facility and Mercer County charges a $100.00 County Fee for all Events.
• Hamilton Elks is a private club and charges a $200.00 Hall Fee to all non-members

Can I bring in my own food or caterer?

• This is a Private facility so all food aspects have to be done through us.
• Some outside food can be arranged to be brought in due to allergy or ethnic situations.
• These items will be under the respoibility of the guest and all arrangements for Those items need to be taken care of by the customer.
• No Price changes in these situations

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

• No D & D Catering hold a liquor license for the facility so no outside beverages are allowed.
• We offer a variety of different packages for alcohol ranging from Open Bars, Tab Bars, and Cash Bars.

How many hours can I rent the facility?

• We rent normally for (4) hrs. Extra hours can be arranged for and extra cost
• All wedding package are (5) hr Rentals
• Breakfast Time: 7:00am till 10:00am
• Brunchs: 10:30-2:30 or 11:00-3:00
• Lunches: 12:00-4:00 or 1:00-5:00
• Dinners: 5:00-9:00, 6:00-10:00, or 7:00-11:00

Is the DECK available for outside events?

• When renting the indoor facility you are also entitled to use the attached deck. That is included in your rental fee and if blocked off for your private event.

How do I go about renting the Pavilion in the Marina area?

• The outdoor Pavilion is available for rental for all types of events. We also do the catering for outside, please contact us for more information.

What does our Packages Include?

• All packages include a Full Meal, Soft Drinks, coffee, Tax, Gratuity, Set-up and clean-up. We provide linen tablecloth and napkins for each table. Also provide a 12 x 12 square mirror for the middle of every table. All china and glassware all included in our packages.
